How to activate your Controller license
Nota
You can order the hardware without a license, and only purchase the software seperately (using our price calculator/order form) when the hardware is put into service.
You have 60 days to assign the license to an active EMS. After that, the EMS may no longer operate correctly without a license.
Licenses can only be purchase by installers or wholesalers. End customers are not able to buy licenses directly from us.
1. Configure
Use the pricing calculator/order form to configure both your hardware and software components.
2. Place the Order
Once the order is placed with software included, your license code is generated instantly.
3. Receive License Code & Invoice
- The license code will be sent to your email immedately after the order is placed.
- The invoice will be created and sent to your email immedately after the order is placed.
4. Link the License to your Controller
Go to the settings in the app and scroll down to "Licenses".
Use the license code you received by email and enter it to claim the license.
Once the license is claimed, it will appear in the claimed license overview, where you can see:
- All claimed license keys
- The activation date
- The deactivation date
- If the license is currently active or not

Can I purchase residential or business licenses without them being liked in advance to a specific EMS?
Yes, you can purchase licenses without linking them to a specific EMS serial number. After the EMS has been installed, the installer can then select and assign a license to sthat EMS. This allows you to buy licenses in bulk and activate them at a later stage.
