Integration Options

Option 1: Use Existing Solis Account

1. Fill in the form to request access to the API: https://solis-service.freshdesk.com/en/support/tickets/new

2. Ask solis for access to the API.
3. Give us access to your Solis account with the installations you want to monitor. (optional)
4. Provide us with the API key and the Secret Key.

Option 2: Create New Solis Account

1. Create a new account with email: yourcompany@eniris.be
2. Add the installations you want to monitor to this account.
3. Ask Solis for access to the API.
4. Give us access to this account.
5. Fill in the form to request access to the API: https://solis-service.freshdesk.com/en/support/tickets/new

6. Provide us with the API key and the Secret Key.
