- SolaX G2 & SolaX G3 hybrider har inbyggd Ethernet (Qcells Q.VOLT HYB-G3-3P är en SolaX G4 trots namngivningen G3).
- SolaX G4 och andra har inte inbyggd Ethernet, kommunikation är möjlig via seriell RS485 COM-port.
- SolaX endast - Inte alla SolaX donglar tillhandahåller modbus kommunikation, den minimi stödda PocketWiFi är PocketWiFi 3.0 PocketLAN tillhandahåller inte en Modbus-anslutning.
- RS485 till Ethernet-adapter - det bästa sättet att ansluta till din växelriktare.
- RS485 till USB-adapter - inte rekommenderad, kan orsaka fel i HA.
- Solis dongel - se nedan
RS485-gränssnittet använder endast pin4 (blå tråd) och pin5 (vit-blå). Polaritet är viktigt, så se till att pin4 (blå tråd i typiska kablar) är ansluten till A-ledningen på din adapter och pin5 (vit-blå tråd) till B-ledningen på din adapter.
RS485-kablar kan vara ganska långa, så 25 meter eller mer är möjligt. Du kan använda det blå paret av en standard cat5 eller cat6-kabel.
Se till att du verifierar din växelriktare baudrat med Wiki-sidan och se till att det matchar baudratet för Ethernet till RS485-adaptern. Du kan bekräfta baudratet på LCD-skärmen på framsidan av din växelriktare, inom menyn.
Modbus-adressen är som standard 1. Vissa personer har rapporterat att deras Modbus-adress var 4.
Obs: Detta arbete är baserat på den gemensamma protokoll-dokumentationen för X1- och X3-enheter. Dokumentationen är inte alltid tydlig om vilka parametrar som inte gäller för X1-växelriktaren, så vissa av de enheter som visas kanske inte har någon betydelse för X1. Du kan rapportera detta och de kan tas bort för X1.
Det finns en port märkt COM på G4-växelriktaren, vissa användarmanualer hävdar av misstag att detta är en Ethernet-port.
ANSLUT INTE DENNA COM PORT TILL EN ETHERNET-SWITCH - din Ethernet-switchport kommer att dö om du gör det!!!

du kan verifiera konfigurationen genom att öppna webbplatsen för din adapter. Den ska visa något som:

I det osannolika fallet att du har flera växelriktare anslutna till en RS485-adapter, kan du behöva modifiera multi-host-flaggan (utan att ha testat). Systemet kommer att öka gapet mellan meddelandena, vilket kommer att sakta ner kommunikationskapaciteten. Se till att din polling-intervall är tillräckligt lång (akt LED-lampan ska inte lysa hela tiden).

om allt är bra, bör PWR LED-lampan vara röd, LINK LED-lampan bör initialt vara grön och bli permanent blå så snart HA har gjort anslutningen. ACT LED-lampan bör vara av det mesta av tiden men bör kort blinka grönt (skicka) och blått (ta emot) var 15:e sekund (den standardmässiga polling-intervallen). Från Waveshare-dokumentationen:
- Om Link-ljuset inte är grönt är nätverkskabeln inte korrekt ansluten, vänligen kontrollera nätverkskabeln.
- Om Link-ljuset inte är blått (tänk på endast TCP-arbetsläget), har värddatorns programvara inte en seriell port. Servern etablerar en anslutning, vänligen överväg om IP-adressen är konfigurerad i samma nätverkssegment.
- Om Active-ljuset är grönt innebär det att nätverksporten skickar data, men det finns ingen seriell enhet som returnerar data. Vänligen kontrollera om baudratet är korrekt konfigurerat och om RS485 positiva och negativa är anslutna omvänt.
När du konfigurerar SolaX Modbus-integrationen, ange nätverks-IP-adressen för Waveshare-enheten, inte adressen för SolaX. Bocka inte för RS485-flaggan; den seriella porten ignoreras i denna konfiguration.
USB till RS485-adapter
- Direkt USB-ansluten till ditt HA-system
- Denna lågpris-modell kan hittas i olika e-butiker, sök efter USB RS485
- Chipset CH340C (liknande produkter med FTDI FT232-chipset bör också fungera men är dyrare)
När du konfigurerar SolaX Modbus-integrationen, bocka för 'RS485 seriell port' flaggan och specificera det aktuella namnet på den seriella porten (som visas i utdata från 'ls /dev/ttyUSB*'). Om du har mer än en USB-enhet, är det meningsfullt att använda namnet som ses i utdata från 'ls /dev/serial/by-id'. I denna konfiguration spelar IP-adressen och TCP-porten ingen roll, använd 'localhost' som IP-adress och lämna TCP-porten standard 502.
Flera växelriktare anslutna till en RS485-adapter & Avslutande resistorer
Det bör vara möjligt att ansluta flera växelriktare till samma RS485-adapter (t.ex. Waveshare). Växelriktarna måste ha olika Modbus-adresser, så du behöver först ändra Modbus-adresserna på växelriktarna. Konfigurera sedan en instans för varje växelriktare. Konfigurationsdialogrutan låter dig ställa in Modbus-adressen.
Användning av avslutande resistorer är nödvändig vid anslutning av flera växelriktare. Placera en 120Ohm-resistor över A&B vid RS485-adaptern och placera en 120Ohm-resistor över A&B på den sista anslutna växelriktaren.
SolaX PocketWiFi 3.0
