RS485
RS485 Wiring
- For correct RS485 wiring: Follow the guidelines for RS485 wiring.
- If the wiring shown in the table below is incorrect, please let us know.
- There is no general consensus in the industry about the usage of A and B for the RS485 polarity, so it may be counterintuitive and opposite of what you might expect for some devices.

Configuratie
Communicatie met de omvormer kan plaatsvinden via Ethernet of RS485. Stel de omvormer in zoals beschreven in de producthandleiding.
Als u ervoor kiest om via RS485 te werken, let dan op het volgende:
- De protocollen die door de SmartgridOne Controller via RS485 worden ondersteund zijn "Modbus Sunspec" en "Aurora." In de SmartgridOne Controller staan deze bekend als "Modbus RTU Sunspec protocol" en "ABB Aurora Power One protocol" respectievelijk.
- "Modbus Sunspec" wordt alleen ondersteund op omvormeraansluiting RS485-2.
- Standaard scant de eerste op apparaten met een baudrate van 9600 en geen pariteit. Het wordt aanbevolen om omvormers in te stellen op deze baudrate en pariteit.
NOTE: RS485 Device Addresses
- You MUST give each device on the RS485 bus a unique address. Check the manual of the device on how to do this.
- Use lower addresses first (1, 2, ...) because the SmartgridOne Controller will find them faster!
- For each device, it is generally recommended to stick with the factory default baud rate, parity, and stop bits. The SmartgridOne Controller will scan on those first.
Als u ervoor kiest om via Ethernet te werken, let dan op het volgende:
- De omvormer fungeert als slave/server, de SmartgridOne Controller als master/client.
- Via Ethernet wordt slechts het "Modbus Sunspec" protocol ondersteund. U moet de SmartgridOne Controller configureren om dit protocol te gebruiken.
- De omvormer en de SmartgridOne Controller moeten op hetzelfde LAN-netwerk zijn aangesloten.
