- I SolaX G2 e G3 Hybrids hanno Ethernet integrato (Il Qcells Q.VOLT HYB-G3-3P è un SolaX G4 nonostante la denominazione G3).
- I SolaX G4 e altri non hanno Ethernet integrato, la comunicazione è possibile tramite porta seriale RS485 COM.
- Solo SolaX - Non tutte le chiavette SolaX forniscono comunicazione modbus, il PocketWiFi supportato minimo è PocketWiFi 3.0 il PocketLAN non fornisce una connessione Modbus.
- Adattatore RS485 a Ethernet - il modo migliore per connettersi al tuo inverter.

L'interfaccia RS485 utilizza solo il pin4 (cavo blu) e pin5 (bianco-blu). La polarità è importante, quindi assicurati che il pin4 (cavo blu nei cavi standard) sia connesso al conduttore A del tuo adattatore e il pin5 (cavo bianco-blu) al conduttore B del tuo adattatore.
I cavi RS485 possono essere piuttosto lunghi, quindi 25 metri o più sono possibili. Puoi utilizzare la coppia blu di un cavo cat5 o cat6 standard.
Assicurati di verificare il baud rate del tuo inverter con la Pagina Wiki e assicurati che corrisponda al baud rate dell'adattatore Ethernet a RS485. Puoi confermare il baud rate sullo schermo LCD sulla parte anteriore del tuo inverter, all'interno dei Menù.
L'indirizzo Modbus per impostazione predefinita è 1. Alcune persone hanno riportato che il loro indirizzo Modbus era 4.
Attenzione: Questo lavoro si basa sulla documentazione del protocollo comune per i dispositivi X1 e X3. La documentazione non è sempre chiara su quali parametri non si applicano all'inverter X1, quindi alcune delle entità che appaiono potrebbero non avere un significato su X1. Puoi segnalare questo e possono essere rimosse per X1.
C'è una porta contrassegnata COM sull'inverter G4, alcuni manuali utente affermano erroneamente che questa sia una porta Ethernet.
NON COLLEGARE QUESTA PORTA COM A UNO SWITCH ETHERNET - la tua porta dello switch Ethernet si romperà se lo fai!!!
Waveshare RS485 a ETH (B)

configurarlo per utilizzare "Modbus TCP a RTU", assicurati che la modalità di lavoro sia "TCP Server" e che il server ascolti sulla porta 502. Assicurati che il baudrate corrisponda al baudrate del tuo inverter (vedi: impostazioni > impostazioni avanzate > modbus > baud rate)

- SolaX imposta il tipo di gateway Modbus su "Modalità Simple Modbus a TCP/IP"
- Sofar Solar & possibilmente Growatt imposta il tipo di gateway Modbus su "Tipo di storage di richiesta automatica"
- tutti gli altri parametri possono essere lasciati predefiniti

puoi verificare la configurazione aprendo la pagina web del tuo adattatore. Dovrebbe mostrare qualcosa del genere:

Nell'improbabile caso in cui tu abbia più inverter collegati a un adattatore RS485, potrebbe essere necessario modificare il flag multi-host (non testato). Il sistema aumenterà l'intervallo tra i messaggi, il che rallenterà la comunicazione. Assicurati che il tuo intervallo di polling sia sufficientemente lungo (il led di azione non dovrebbe accendersi tutto il tempo).

se tutto va bene, il LED PWR dovrebbe essere rosso, il LED LINK dovrebbe inizialmente essere verde e diventare permanentemente blu non appena HA ha effettuato la connessione. Il LED ACT dovrebbe essere spento per la maggior parte del tempo ma dovrebbe lampeggiare in verde (invia) e blu (ricevi) brevemente ogni 15 secondi (l'intervallo di polling predefinito). Dalla documentazione Waveshare:
- Se la luce di collegamento non è verde, il cavo di rete non è collegato correttamente, controlla il cavo di rete.
- Se la luce di collegamento non è blu (considera solo la modalità di lavoro TCP), il software del computer host non ha una porta seriale. Il server stabilisce una connessione, considera se l'indirizzo IP è configurato nello stesso segmento di rete.
- Se la luce attiva è verde, significa che la porta di rete sta inviando dati, ma non c'è un dispositivo seriale che restituisce dati. Controlla se il baud rate è configurato correttamente e se i terminali RS485 positivo e negativo sono collegati in modo inverso.
Quando configuri l'integrazione Modbus SolaX, specifica l'indirizzo IP di rete del dispositivo Waveshare, non l'indirizzo del SolaX. Non spuntare il flag Serial RS485; la porta seriale è ignorata in questa configurazione.
Adattatore USB a RS485
- Collegato direttamente tramite USB al tuo sistema HA
- Questo modello a basso costo può essere trovato in vari e-shop, cerca USB RS485
- Chipset CH340C (prodotti simili con chipset FTDI FT232 dovrebbero funzionare anche ma sono più costosi)
Quando configuri l'integrazione Modbus SolaX, spunta il flag 'porta seriale RS485' e specifica il nome effettivo della porta seriale (come visto nell'output di 'ls /dev/ttyUSB*'). Nel caso tu abbia più di un dispositivo USB, ha senso usare il nome visto nell'output di 'ls /dev/serial/by-id'. In questa configurazione, l'indirizzo IP e la porta TCP non importano, usa 'localhost' come indirizzo IP e lascia la porta TCP predefinita 502.
Molti inverter collegati a un adattatore RS485 & Resistenze di terminazione
Dovrebbe essere possibile collegare più inverter allo stesso adattatore RS485 (ad esempio Waveshare). Gli inverter devono avere indirizzi Modbus diversi, quindi devi prima cambiare gli indirizzi Modbus degli inverter. Quindi configura un'istanza per ogni inverter. La finestra di configurazione ti permette di impostare l'indirizzo Modbus.
L'uso delle resistenze di terminazione è richiesto quando si collegano più inverter. Posiziona una resistenza da 120Ohm tra A&B all'adattatore RS485 e posiziona una resistenza da 120Ohm tra A&B sull'ultimo inverter collegato.
SolaX PocketWiFi 3.0
Questa interfaccia richiede ulteriori test e non è garantito che funzioni:
- Collega il dongle alla tua rete Wi-Fi
- Aggiorna il firmware all'ultima versione
- Configura l'integrazione con l'IP del dongle e altre impostazioni predefinite.
Il confronto delle funzioni e delle dipendenze:
